Priding itself on five foundations to its menu creating the most authentic flavours, Besh is a new Turkish restaurant to open soon in Dubai, promising to give Dubai’s diners a taste of authentic Turkey. However, you will be introduced to each one of these five foundations as the restaurant unveils the delicious dishes that will be coming your way when Besh opens its doors in September.
The restaurant will be proud to offer you Turkish meats cuisines made of recipes from antique cook books dating back 150 years, with ingredients from the heart of Turkey, such as olive oil sourced from Turkish brand Nar Gourmet, spices brought directly from the spice bazaars of Istanbul & Izmir in addition to flour from Anatolia and cheese selected by the restaurant’s award winning Chef Vedat Basaran.
As a unique characteristic, Besh will be using wood-fired oven to bring you freshly baked pides stimulating your sense with its great, fresh aroma. Chefs of the restaurant are professionally applying the Ottoman recipes and methods, and preparing the dough before topping with a range of delights from fragrant meats, rich cheeses, pungent herbs or roasted vegetables.
Chef Vedat Basaran; with his impressive resume that includes collaborations with prominent chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse and Raymond Blanc to name a few and catering for various US Presidents, royal families in Saudi Arabia, Monaco, Spain and many more high profile guests; who is the kitchen’s consultant, promises you a fine experience and ensuring authenticity of prepared dishes.
