Catch Dubai is located on the first floor of the iconic Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. Inspired by the NYC flagship venu in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, the interior has been designed by Creative Clinic, and is meant to offer an industrial look – the walls are brick making for a refurbished warehouse look, and the furniture could easily pass off as ‘upcycled’.
The seafood restaurant offers serves a variety of dishes in a sharing dining style led by head chef Bobby Griffing. Ranging from classic sushi rolls with a twist to the signature crispy whole snapper, the restaurant serves the grilled items in their own unique way.
Try out grilled jumbo prawns, Bourbon-Miso Sea Bass Lettuce “Wraps” and Gold label Wagyu Beef Surf n Turf Skewers, that are appealing to varied palates of its international clientele.
For dessert the menu offers the s’mores pizza with burnt marshmallow ice cream & melted milk and dark chocolates.
In addition, there is an open hot kitchen, and a raw sushi and sashimi bar where the signature torched Catch Roll and local DXB Roll are prepared by sushi chef Yutaka.
Catch Dubai features two bars and a lounge that serves signature cocktails, with a choice of sake carafes, international wines and bubbles are also available.
