The Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel’s, is the world’s largest man-made island and is comprised of a two kilometer long trunk, a crown made up of 17 fronds and a surrounding crescent. Palm Jumeirah, which looks like a stylised palm tree from above, was the first offshore development of its kind, and was originally billed as the Eighth Wonder of the World.

From the Dubai International Airport, proceed to Sheikh Zayed Road towards Jebel Ali. At interchange 4 opposite Mall of the Emirates, turn right towards Souk Madinat Jumeirah. At the Souk Madinat Jumeirah junction, turn left on Al Sufouh Road. Head straight for four kilometres then take The Palm exit on your right.
By Public Transport:
From the Dubai International Airport, you will be able to take a taxi directly to Palm Jumeirah “approximately AED 100″. Alternatively, take the Dubai Metro from the Metro station at your terminal towards Jebel Ali. Stop at Mall of the Emirates Station, and take a taxi directly to The Palm.
