Cocoa Kitchen is a cocoa centric restaurant where each dish, savory or sweet, has an exceptional and enchanting accent of cocoa. Cacao nibs are versatile when used in savory cooking and can be introduced at any point in the recipes to lend their distinct flavor.
The restaurant’s Head Chef is James McDonald, he completed extensive Chef training in his homeland of Australia before moving to the UK in 2005. Here, he put his well-honed skills to work in some of London’s premium restaurants, boasting a host of Michelin stars and Rosettes, including The Greenhouse, La Noisette and the esteemed La Petite Maison.
The menu includes the flavorful cacao nib as it inspires a successful fusion with a number of ingredients. From breakfast dishes such as toasted Basket of Breads, Muffins, Cookies, Platter of mix Petit Danishes; Cocoa Kitchen Dubai serves dishes to share which includes Classic Beef burgers, Grilled & Poached Parmesan Romaine Lettuce, Tuna Ceviche, Butternut Squash Coco Ravioli, Caribbean Rundown Curry and many more delightful dishes.
