Overall classy dining experience, Zheng He’s is the place to go to. Located in Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and inspired by the Chinese nautical explorer Zheng He.
With culinary prowess to match its divine interiors, this high-quality Chinese restaurant serves some excellent dishes prepared in authentic Chinese sauces. Fresh seafood features heavily, with a live tank showcasing crab and lobster daily, as well as popular turbot, grouper, and snapper. Many of the seafood dishes are prepared using Chinese style pickling, as would have been done upon Zheng He’s fleet of ships.
Carefully created by Chef Kenmin Foo Chin Fatt, the à la carte menu represents a range of Chinese delicacies, including choices such as; Golden King Prawns with Chinese mustard sauce and mango salsa, and Singaporean Style Mud Crab with imported tomato and chili sauce from Singapore, served atop a Lotus leaf. Deep fried Bau sliders with green tea ice cream and coconut jam, and deep fried mango cheese cake will delight for dessert.
Boasting vibrant and stylish interiors in warm tones of dark wood and deep dazzling colours in the early 1900s Peranakan style, combplete with oriental lanterns. Zheng He’s spacious outdoor terrace also offers al fresco dining by the resort’s waterways, with stunning views of the Burj Al Arab for a memorable dining experience.
