Inakaya, located at the Venetian Village at The Ritz Carlton in Abu Dhabi. The 110-seat restaurant is best described as an “interactive theatre” presenting a dining experience called robatayaki – a Japanese grilling art that is as much a performance than a way of cooking.
You will be greeted by enthusiastic staff dressed in kimono’s and happi coat-style uniforms and diners will be able to enjoy a range of culinary choices served on a 1.2 meter-long paddle by the yakikata, also known as grill-masters.
If you are looking for authentic Japanese cooking, Inakaya is the right choice. The team are led by Executive Chef Keneth Kim, who has 20 years of culinary experience many served in Japan, including at the famous Kanetanaka, a traditional-styled Kaiseki restaurant. His background also comprises roles at Japanese restaurants all over the world, such as Nobu in London, Sushico in Istanbul, and Honyaki in Dubai.
