A Turkish restaurant located in Al Raha Boulevard in Abu dhabi. Dolmabahce is one of few restaurants in the area that offers you a real authentic, Turkish dining experience. The place is lavishly designed in 17th century Ottoman Empire style, displaying impressive features of the Neo-Classic and traditional Ottoman art and culture from the floors right up to the crystal chandeliers.
With recipes that date back to the classic Turkish and Ottoman Empire, Dolmabahce is keen to satisfy every guest by offering the best and most authentic Turkish dishes by hands of the award-winning chef, Selcuk Atasayar. We should be referring here that this young, talented chef was able to deserve the title of The Middle East Junior Chef of the Year and was awarded the silver medal for Practical Cookery in the lamb, local fish and beef sector. He carried on the title for another year and bagged the gold medal for Practical Cookery – Emirati Cuisine Fish.
As for the menu: it is simply rich and diverse, featuring salads, cold/hot mezze, soups, starters, main course and mocktails. It worth noting that the restaurant also serves original meat recipes, such as the signature dish- the Testi Kebab, which is a mix of meat and vegetables cooked to perfection in a sealed clay pot.
This restaurant takes pride in what it serves, as the menu draws up from fresh ingredients, prepared daily from scratch and served in a high class manner to every guest. The website of Dolmabahce proudly states: “We mix our own yogurts, syrups, sauces, whip up our own sweets and bakes its bread fresh daily”.
