Coya’s first restaurant was launched in London on the 15th November, 2012. Two years later in 2014, COYA London took home the prestigious title ‘Best Restaurant of the Year’ at the London Lifestyle Awards and went international, bringing the same vibrant spirit of Latin America to Dubai and Miami.
Opening on the 16th of December 2014 in the Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah Beach, Coya Dubai is a sister property of the famous Zuma and La Petite Maison in DIFC. Spanning over 189 seats in the restaurant and 40 seats in the terrace.
The menu at Coya keeps traditional elements of Peruvian cooking. The restaurant welcomes a diverse clientele to feast on a variety of palate teasing dishes as they are transported to the essence of Peru.
The destination Pisco Lounge offers guests a truly genuine experience with an authentic, buzzing ambience with a vast range of home-made pisco infusions. The Lounge at Coya is an experience that brings together tastes, sights and sounds that are the essence of Latin American culture.
The space at this London-imported concept, in typical Dubai style, is big, but filled with life, thanks both to its carefully thought-through décor — think Incan memorabilia, ceramic Pisco vats hanging from the exposed ceilings, and Mayan textiles, combined with subtly glamorous marble and metal — as well as its buzzing atmosphere (even on weeknights).
