Bazxar, a food-market-restaurant located in the heart of Dubai’s Financial District. It has been created by Kunal Lahori’s company ‘Create Hospitality’, the same company that brought El Sur and Pret to Go to Dubai.
The industrial interiors have been created by Bishop Design, and feature contemporary art, with rustic wooden flooring, mesh metal work with brass finishes, with specially designed leather furnishing.
The menu at Bazxar in DIFC will take you on a culinary journey around the world with its impressive multi-dining concept. The restaurant focuses on Mediterranean cuisine, Vietnamese food and a whole section of the menu called the “meat district”.
The Vietnamese offerings include wok-fried noodles, bahn mi, crispy bao and an Asian salad. From the meat district, bites include nachos, chicken-friend lamb, popcorn shrimp, crispy mac and cheese, six different burgers and three hot dogs including one called the Tennessee Prom Queen – with slow-cooked beef chilli and melted cheddar cheese.
The restaurant also provides a short and sweet breakfast menu served from 8am to 11.45am.
